AIR HANDLING UNIT (AHU)
Airscape provides advanced Air Handling Unit (AHU) ventilation solutions, delivering fresh, filtered, and climate-controlled air to optimise indoor air quality across commercial and public buildings. Designed to form the core of a building’s mechanical ventilation system, our AHUs draw in outside air, remove airborne pollutants via multi-stage filtration, and condition the air before distributing it through ductwork.
Equipped with high-efficiency heat recovery wheels or plate exchangers, the system reclaims thermal energy from exhaust air to dramatically reduce heating and cooling loads. By combining precise humidity control, variable airflow management, and ultra-quiet operation, our AHU solutions ensure a healthier indoor environment while keeping energy consumption to a minimum.
EXHAUST FANS
Airscape provides robust Exhaust Fan solutions, delivering rapid, targeted extract ventilation to eliminate excess moisture, stale air, and airborne contaminants from commercial, industrial, and residential spaces. Installed across bathrooms, kitchens, plant rooms, and enclosed working areas, our high-capacity extract units discharge stale indoor air directly outdoors or through dedicated ductwork.
By continuously removing foul air and high humidity at the source, the system prevents dampness, mould growth, and pollutant buildup, helping to protect building fabric and maintain a clean environment. DUCTING SYSTEM
Airscape provides precision-engineered Ducting System solutions, delivering efficient, balanced air distribution across commercial, industrial, and residential buildings. Integrated with central AHUs, FCUs, or rooftop packages, our ductwork networks supply conditioned fresh air and extract stale air to maintain optimal indoor environmental quality throughout the entire property.
Constructed from premium galvanised steel, pre-insulated panels, or flexible ducting, each network is designed for minimal air leakage, low resistance, and optimal acoustic performance. By ensuring uniform airflow and pressure balance across every zone, our ducting systems enable efficient system operation, silent air delivery, and long-term durability.
HRV / ERV
Airscape provides advanced HRV (Heat Recovery Ventilator) and ERV (Energy Recovery Ventilator) solutions, delivering continuous fresh air while maximizing thermal efficiency across modern commercial and residential spaces. Our systems extract stale indoor air and replace it with pre-filtered outdoor air, passing both airstreams through a high-efficiency counter-flow heat exchanger without mixing them.
While HRVs transfer sensible heat to maintain comfortable indoor temperatures, ERVs transfer both heat and latent moisture to optimize humidity levels year-round. By capturing up to 90% of the energy normally lost through traditional ventilation, our HRV and ERV systems significantly reduce heating and cooling loads while maintaining superior indoor air quality.
Extra
A condensing unit and Air Handling Unit (AHU) system provides centralized heating, cooling, ventilation, and air distribution for buildings. The condensing unit rejects heat from the refrigerant and works with the AHU’s cooling coil, while the AHU conditions and distributes air through a network of ducts.
This system is commonly used in commercial buildings, hotels, offices, hospitals, and large facilities, offering effective temperature control, fresh-air ventilation, filtration, and flexible air distribution.
